6.	Review and discuss all aspects of  operation, expense and
procedures 
regarding the McPeak Road Pit
7.	Discuss dates and certification of board member for the Board of
Review
	a.  discuss other matters involving assessment
8.	Review, discuss and act upon LRIP bids and other road project bids
9.	As requested at Annual Meeting, present costs for wireless internet
tower and recall a Special Town Meeting to assemble with those
interested citizens on tabled subject
10.	Department Reports
