October 25, 2009 Notice - Lawler Lake Resolution 

STATE OF WISCONSIN
Town of Conover
Vilas County

Resolution 107-09 has been adopted by the Supervisors of the Town of
Conover, Vilas County, Wisconsin on September 3, 2009, to discontinue
a highway [ Lawler Lake Road – entire ½ mile portion lying in Section
27, Town 42 North, Range 10 East ] that runs eastward from US Highway
45 through lands now under the ownership of the Oldenburg Group as
show on the attached plat:

Notice is hereby given, that the supervisors of the town will meet on
Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon at the Conover
Center [4665 County Road K East], and decide upon the resolution by
means of a highway order.
