Special Town Meeting
A Special Town Meeting called for the single purpose of authorizing the Town Board to borrow funds to maintain a significant “Cash Flow” in order to meet the DOT’s reimbursement guidelines for the 3 year design / Engineering / Construction of the Multipurpose Trail Segment.
1. Call to Order
2. Summarize financial situation, detail information and procedures and discussion of
Proposed option of a SIB loan for cash flow purposes
3. Discuss the SIB (State Infrastructure Bank) Program and loan procedures
4. Read and act upon Resolution 129-12 authorizing borrowing $300,000 @ 2% for 3 years.
5. Adjourn and open Regular Town Board Meeting
