November 17, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting

Conover Plan Commission Meeting
November 17, 2009  6 p.m. in 
the Conover Center

Present: 

Karl Jennrich		Dennis Lawrence		Bill Hunt
Brian Engle		Bob Payseur			Charles Champeny
Fred Indermuehle	Jim Hedberg

Meeting was called to order by Karl Jennrich.  Discussion was made of
past Chapters and corrections were made to the final draft which was
provided in advance of the meeting.  A correction was made to Ch 2, A
(3) to read   “The
mission of the Vilas County Forestry Department is to manage, etc.” 
Also the
map 8-2 was edited to swap some “Agr” land with “Res.”  A couple of
other touches in description was modified and agreed upon.  

Resolution 112-09 made the recommendation to the Town Board, for this
final draft Comprehensive Plan in accordance with s 66.1001(4)(b). 
Jennrich read the Resolution.  Motion was made for adoption of the
Resolution by Bob Payseur, motion was seconded by Bill Hunt and a roll
call vote of the commission membership was taken resulting as follows:

With full commission in approval, Resolution was adopted and signed by
the Plan Commission members.  Discussion was made of presenting the
recommendation to the Town Board on November 25th and scheduling the
public hearing to be held prior to the January Monthly Board Meeting
on January 7, 2010.  

With no other business, the meeting adjourned in motion by Engle,
seconded by Payseur and was carried.  Adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
