March 13, 2008 Road Weight Restrictions
Road Limits It is Spring and road limits will be put in place on all public roadways SOON in order to protect the driving surface during which time the frost which is in the ground many many feet down, thaws and bubbles up to the surface. This is an Annual Thing! Only “Real Emergency” reasons will be accepted for exceptions - basically, a life threatening situation is the ONLY exception. Example, not being able to live in current dwelling because of heat, water or sanitation (Health and Welfare) issues. A FEE for a Special Permit is required by LAW!.
