This Year’s Property Tax Bills

NOTICE:   Property tax amounts can be accessed ahead of your receiving
your tax bill in the mail.  On the “Home Page” for the Town of
Conover, click on the “LINKS”
tab on the brown bar at the top of the page.  Then scroll down to the
heading that is labeled:  Property Tax Data Lookup.  Click on the link
and on the screen,  enter the name of the town -  CONOVER and it will
bring up a screen of all the names of the road in Conover.  Click on
the property location road and then find the fire number and click on
that.  This will work for properties that have a home on it – not
vacant land.  

Tax bills will be mailed to out of town locations first and then to
Conover owners. 
You can expect your tax bill in the mail some time before December
15th.  Please  read the “INSERT” supplied with the tax bill.  It gives
times that collection can be made in person.
