The Town of Conover is considering the building of a new indoor/outdoor park pavilion that is ADA and State approved and is looking for residents input. The current estimated cost is $425,000 with approximately 50% being paid for through a grant. The remainder of the amount will be included in the towns budgeted expenses. The building will be for public use and will be able to accommodate large functions.
